You enter the property and see that one side of the living room has a double-height ceiling that makes the whole room feel open and airy. Next to it is a curved indoor bar with arched shelves and warm lights. Overall, it is perfect for evening drinks and Instagram photos. 

Going upstairs, there are four king-sized bedrooms, and each has its own colour theme, a private dressing room, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Two rooms have bathtubs, and some have private balconies with seating. 

The best part of all is that the villa has a lift that connects all floors, so older guests, kids and heavy luggage are never a struggle. 

The whole group can hang out in the private pool, which is accompanied by loungers for seating. Or you can start a gossip session on the spacious terrace, sitting on a fluffy sofa with the stunning views of the hills.

• Noise: Keep noise at a reasonable volume. No loud parties or events are allowed in the villa for the sake of the neighbouring residents.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the villa is allowed. Guests are requested to use only designated outdoor areas.
• Chewing tobacco: It is strictly not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory for all guests. Please maintain the hygiene and sanitisation of the property.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on the property, making it one of the best pet friendly villas in North Goa.
• Occupancy: Kindly follow the maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests need prior approval.
• Damages: Report any damage or breakage. Charges may apply.
• Safety: Lock doors and windows when you leave. The villa team will not be responsible for any loss or theft of belongings.
