1. Coordinating and closing the bookings from Global teams and Domestic Corporate Clients.
2. Ensure that the Pan India database of Serviced Apartments that meet global standards is maintained at all times with photographs, rates, and amenity information.
3. To research and update the Pan India Database providing new options from time to time with all information related to the property
4. Candidate to upload property options onto the portal along with relevant information in case the Global Team has a portal available.
5. Once introduced to the Global team, the candidate is required to hold regular follow-ups and communication for booking queries, working out the best rates possible, and sending the rates as per the templates.
6. Coordinate with the India-based service providers for confirmation and process lease and confirmation voucher.
7. The candidate will be a single point of contact for any apartment-related queries.
8. Maintain MIS Reports
1. Sourcing the apartment as per the request received.
2. Making a listing of apartments with key details and availability.
3. Sharing with Corporate and align visit date.
4. Coordinating with service providers to explain the client's requirements and visiting the apartments with the service provider to check if they meet the client’s requirements.
5. If needed accompanying the clients to the apartments which suffice their requirements.
6. On Closure of booking reservation manager is required to process the lease.
7. Facilitate Check-in process and handing over of the Keys to the clients.
8. To be available for the clients in case of any issues pertaining to the apartment and getting it resolved.
1. Should have an excellent command of the English language.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
3. Should have experience in Hotel/Hospitality/Airline Industry.
4. Experience in Serviced apartment bookings. (Optional)
5. Sound knowledge of Delhi/NCR Region for serviced apartments required. (Optional)
1. As part of the corporate team, you will showcase our values of consumer focus, commitment to results, and continuous improvement through innovative solutions.
2. Interfacing with decision makers (Admin/HR/Procurement/Trade Marketing/CXOs/Finance Managers etc.) in corporate organisations to pitch AdoPremium services.
3. Handling the entire sales cycle which includes lead generation, preparing and giving business presentations/ proposals, and closing the final deal.
4. Creating and maintaining a monthly sales funnel.
5. Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporates and businesses.
6. Analysing the current market trends for scoping competition and adopting best practices.
7. Working closely with the service apartments team to ensure quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations
1. 5+ Years of Experience in corporate sales preferably specialising in the sale of serviced apartments.
2. Basic knowledge of P&L management.
3. Strong communication skills, influencing skills, and great interpersonal as well as stakeholder management skills.
4. Excellent presentation skills.
5. Business development skills with a proven sales record.
6. Creative and proactive approach.
