House Rules or How To Be Awesome

Like any other properties, guests are bound to follow these house rules to maintain decorum at the villa:

• Noise: Please keep noise levels reasonable throughout your stay. Loud parties and events are not allowed. Guests are requested to maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM out of consideration for others.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Guests are free to use the designated outdoor smoking areas. 
• Chewing Tobacco: Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
• Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory during your stay. Please cooperate with the housekeeping team to keep the villa clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Pets: They are not allowed on the property.
• Occupancy: Guests must adhere to the villa’s standard and maximum occupancy limits. Any additional guests require prior approval from the management team.
• Damages: Report and take responsibility for damages or breakages. Additionally, charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
• Safety: For safety, guests are requested to lock all doors and windows when leaving. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

When you feel hungry but are in no mood to cook, you can call the chef-on-call and choose from an exclusive in-house menu of veg and non-veg meals (additional cost applies).
