• Noise and Disturbances: Do not create disturbances and keep noise levels reasonable. Please avoid hosting loud parties or events.
• Smoking and Chewing Tobacco: Strictly not allowed inside the property.
• Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory for all rooms.
• Maximum Occupancy: Please follow occupancy limits strictly. Prior approval is required in case of any additional guests. 
• Damages and Breakages: Please report any damages or breakages (charges may apply).
• Safety and Security: Make sure you lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises. The property isn't responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Meals: The commercial kitchen isn't operational, so no meals are served, but self-cooking is possible in the 2 BHK's in-room kitchen.

To Be Noted: Check-in starts at 2 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. 

Since there are no operational kitchens, the 2 BHK's private kitchen is fully equipped if you'd rather cook your own. Otherwise, Virajpet town is only 1.5 km away from the villa, and it has multiple dining options if you'd rather eat out.
