• Housekeeping: The house should be cleaned on a daily basis.
• Pets: Pets are permitted within the property.
• Occupancy: Maximum occupancy rules should be followed. Approval must be requested before bringing additional guests. Extra guests will be charged extra. 
• Damages and breakages: Report damages and breakages, if any. You may be charged.
• Security: Make sure to lock windows and doors when leaving the house.
• Identification: Please make sure to bring a government-issued identification when checking in. Tourists should bring their passport and visa.
