• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited at this villa. If necessary, guests can smoke only in the designated outdoor areas.
• Chewing Tobacco: The use of chewing tobacco at this villa is also strictly prohibited on the property, with no exceptions.
• Upkeep: When someone stays for 2 or more days, it is obvious that the property may require cleaning. However, to keep the villa comfortable and well-maintained for everyone, daily housekeeping is compulsory. Hence, guests must cooperate with the housekeeping team and keep personal belongings organised.
• Pets: Although pets are welcomed on the property, guests are requested to follow the property's applicable pet guidelines and ensure their pets do not cause any disturbance or damage.
• Maximum Occupancy: Follow the approved occupancy limit for the villa. Any additional guests must be discussed with and approved by the management.
• Damages and Breakages: For any damage or breakage caused during their stay, guests are responsible. Please inform the management promptly if anything is damaged. Repair or replacement charges may apply.
• Safety and Security: For everyone's safety, please make sure that all of the villa's doors and windows are locked when you leave. The management will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal property of guests.
