• Monthly Reservations (30+ Days) 30 or more days before move-in: Full refund.
  29 to 14 days before move-in: 50% refund.
  13 days or less before move-in: No refund.
• Weekly Reservations (8–29 Days) 10 or more days before move-in: Full refund.
  9 to 7 days before move-in: 50% refund.
  6 days or less before move-in: No refund.
• Daily Reservations (1–7 Days) Reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
• Post Move-In Policy Reservations of 30 days or less: Guest is responsible for the full lease term.
  
  Reservations over 30 days: Previously paid rents are non-refundable and a 30-day cancellation fee will apply unless the supplier agrees in writing to adjust the cancellation fee.
