    6 days or less before move-in: No refund.
  • Daily Reservations (1–7 Days) Reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
  • Post Move-In Policy Reservations of 30 days or less: Guest is responsible for the full lease term.

    Reservations over 30 days: Previously paid rents are non-refundable and a 30-day cancellation fee will apply unless the supplier agrees in writing to adjust the cancellation fee.
